Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations may be requested sending an email to eauh.2018@uniroma3.it

Cancellations received until May 15^th , 2018 will be refunded for the 65% of the amount (minus possible banking charges in case of wire transfer payments)

Cancellations received between May 16^th, 2018 and July 10^th, will be refunded for the 50% of the amount (minus possible banking charges in case of wire transfer payments)

No refunds can be made for cancellations  received after July 10^th, 2018

In a case of no-show, there will be no refund

All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the event

Registration can also be transferred to someone else from the same organisation. Name changes should be notified sending an email to eauh.2018@uniroma3.it by July 10^th. Administration fee of  €50 will be charged for the change.
